Kuura (Frost)
Kuura is a light, natural shade where the texture of charred wood truly comes into its own — the lightest tone in the Hetki collection.
Applications
Manufacturing
Kuura product is made by charring the wood surface at over 1000 °C using Hiil's charring technology. After charring, the product is pressure-washed with water, brushed vigorously, dried and oiled with white-tinted special linseed oil. The oil binds the char on the surface so that it does not dust or flake off.
